Encapsulate Music is the multi-media company which I conduct all of my video, photo and live audio related work under. EM's main focus is on creating high-end media for artists and labels, from concert coverage, to music videos, EPKs and studio documentaries. Previous work ranges widely from partnering with NBC to provide content for Last Call With Carson Daly, to filming promo material for Jagjaguwar's S. Carey and Triple Crown Records' artist You Blew It. In 2012, EM teamed up with the web publication Made of Chalk to curate the live concert series Chalk TV (nearly 100 videos). During this time I had the opportunity to work with over 50 bands from around the globe, resulting in over half a million channel views to date.
While Encapsulate Music is focused on music, I frequently provide video and photo services for events, corporate and small businesses. Included below are a few select videos that cover a few different corners of the video/audio spectrum.
"We hired Encapsulate Music to commemorate our biggest headlining show and record release. With everything leading up to the event, I felt a bit overwhelmed. Thankfully, Nick and his crew were entirely independent and professional - they arrived early and got in despite me forgetting to turn in the guest list. They knew exactly what to do and who to talk to in setting up audio and video. They got great shots and I didn't even notice them filming. I was most impressed with how they took ownership of the project and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The end result was that we were able to focus on putting on our best show, and then a few days later Nick presented us with this incredible video of the night. Some of our fans even mentioned the video looked better than the show did in person!"
